Please pay attention to the fact that official opening ceremony will take place on 21st of June. Prior that time we are going to have a field trip to Ashalchinskoe heavy-oil field on 20th and short training courses on 19th with a Kazan sightseeing guided tour.

Registration of participants from 19-20 June will be on the 1st floor of Institute of Geology and Petroleum Technologies of Kazan Federal University, Kremlevskaya str. 4/5, Kazan

Registration of participants from 21-23 June will be on the 1st floor (Main Hall) of Nikolay Lobachevsky Scientific Library, Kremlevskaya str. 35, Kazan

Scientific program

Scientific program of international workshop will include plenary and keynote lectures by well-known professionals from the world-leading institutes and companies devoted to the laboratory testing, modeling and simulation as well as field applications of Thermal Methods for Enhanced Oil Recovery. Each participant is welcome to present oral or poster presentation on our even.

Social program

There are plenty of impressive sights in the historical center of Kazan: the Kremlin of the 10th century, the Millenium bridge, the Kul-Sharif mosque and other beautiful cathedrals and mosques. Kazan has unique museums, able to suit any taste: the Fine Arts Museum, the Museum of Leo Tolstoy, the National Museum of Tatarstan, the Museum of Zoology etc.
